The United States Army Outstanding Civilian Service Medal was presented to Mr. Landon H. Rowland on February 23, 2010.
For exceptionally meritorious service from June 2007 to September 2009. Mr. Rowland's leadership as the Vice Chairman of the Business Executives for National Security has strengthened our Nation and our Army. His support as a member of the Board of Director's of the Command and General Staff College Foundation, Inc. continues to foster a strong relationship between the military and the private sector and promotes the development of the Army's leaders. Landon Rowland's extensive personal commitment to the local community and the Army reflects distinct credit upon him, the Command and General Staff College, the Combined Arms Center, and the United States of America.
